Q: What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

A: We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Proof of insurance, and registration information

Q: How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

A: All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

Q: Will staff provide access to the property for repair services- providers, or should I just share my access code?

A: Please do not ever share your access code- management can provide access to approved service providers.

Q: Do I need a long-term lease?

A: No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Q: How do I make a payment?

A: All payments are made through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account.

Q: Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

A: Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Daily commercial work vehicles or trailers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Q: Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

A: No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24/7.

Q: When can I move in?

A: If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
